Upload of MIME type application/vnd.ms-outlook not permitted

Hello experts,

when replicating sales orders from SAP ERP to SAP C4C I sometimes get an error for attachments. The message says: "Upload of MIME type application/vnd.ms-outlook not permitted". I checked the attachment in SAP ERP and there it says that the type is mgs. I then went to fine tunnig in C4C and checked the permitted MIME types, but in the list I coulnd't find application/vnd.ms-outlook. Do I need to maintain it myself? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Yes, you need to add the expected Mime-type as "Allowed" in the finetuning activities for the respective tenant. Same has also been described here in the following KBA: in https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2774580

thank you for your comment. I tried following the KBA, but unfortunately it didn't help:

I activated the following MIME type: application/octet-stream as it is described in the KBA

Then i tried to reimport the attachment. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the same error:

I am unable to find this MIME Type in the list of MIME types: application/vnd.ms-outlook. If i try to add this MIME Type i get the following error:

"Value 10140 is not valid. Value in fiel MIME Type Code must start with Z. Save Failed
