Upgrade from CCO 1.0 to CCO 2.0 FP15

Dear all,

Where can I find any information about upgrade strategy?

I'm not sure if I can upgrade a SAP CCO and CCO Manager from 1.0 version to 2.0 FP15 version directly.

Hello eduardo.prietocastro,

Start by familiarizing yourself with the SAP Customer Checkout: Installation and Update Guide of the target version. First and foremost you will need Oracle Java SE 11 or SapMachine11 to run SAP Customer Checkout on 2.0 FP15, thus replacing the Java version used in 1.0.

In general a direct update from 1.0 to 2.0 FP15 might work. We recommend that you first perform the upgrade on a test system. Productive instances of SAP Customer Checkout should only be upgraded once you have completed a successful test on your test system.

We have seen installations in the past where an incremental update was necessary because the direct update failed. If this is the case you can open a support incident. We will assist you with the update.

Thanks for your answer. I had already read the guide about installation and upgrade guide and knew about the Java version change. My question was about direct upgrade and you have helped me with this.

I'll try first a direct upgrade.
