Upgrade Check Failed, you are not authorized to access the solution profile

Hello All,

I've been able to make changes to project configuration and have "sap_all and sap_new" like authorization in C4C.

Just about two days ago, I tried to make changes to a project scope/config specifically mapping and am getting this error when clicking on "edit project scope" tab.

Any ideas on how to get around this aside from opening an oss message?

Hello there Aldo,

A possible cause of why this user is seeing this is because this user is a development user (he/she created a Custom Object via Custom Object Builder or accessed the Cloud Application Studio, etc.). This kind of user cannot make adaptation changes in the layout nor access the business configuration as a normal administrator user does.

Check if this user shows, on the upper menu bar, (Development User). If that is the case, this KBA suggests to create an incident to remove this flag. Try with other user (non-developer) and see if you face the same message.
