Updates are not working with API: CUAN_BUSINESS_DOCUMENT_IMP_SRV

Hi All,

We are uploading sales orders from sFTP to marketing through CPI. Somehow updates are not happening with the API CUAN_BUSINESS_DOCUMENT_IMP_SRV . Is this the standard behavior or is there any possibility to include updates for orders already loaded in marketing?

Hi Sajin,

I tried in my system and it worked . Don't forget to check the timestamp that is a real devil in every case . It may happen updates are getting ignored .

Hi Sajin ,

Ideally they should work . In contrast to OData service CUAN_IMPORT, the OData service CUAN_BUSINESS_DOCUMENT_IMP_SRV supports the change of interactions. This same API is being used for C4C integrations for Lead/Appointments and they support change for the status of these business documents . Seeing the behaviour and standard documentation for business documents , i don't see any restrictions . Let me check if there is something specific to orders . In the meantime check this standard documentation and see if it helps .

"In request mode, messages are processed that import (create, update, or delete) interactions. The messages are triggered by changes in the external system."
