updated Z fields in BP that does not display correct time BP->extra- Time

we have created a Z filed in SAP Credit Management-> Credit Limit and Control when I change the value in not update in CDHDR therefore we have used some FM and update the value into CDHDR as below but when use BP->extra->this partner time show with adding two hours could you please help me on this.
