Updated to SAP Commerce release 6.7 and pricing not working

My apologies in advance - I am a newbie about this and I'm an ABAP person and I offered to help my team on this.

We recently updated from SAP Commerce 6.3 to SAP Commerce 6.7. In the installation instructions on page 12 section 1.2.7.1 it states to run /SAPCND/UEASS to assign user exits, even SAP ones.

Nobody knows if this was ever run before or not (they are pretty sure it wasn't) and of course I didn't have permission to run that transaction (got around running it via SM80) and of course it ran into other permission issues.

Let's say that I was able to put in a ticket to people to get all the permission issues cleaned up. There is a generate button (disabled of course) which I would assume would do the trick. Is that the place to do it or is there a lot more to this? I do not believe we have any custom user exits for pricing on this, but I will ask. It was the following comment that led me to go down this path (I purposely bolded what I copied for clarity)

1.2.7.1 Registration of User Exits
Every pricing user exit (including standard SAP exits) must be known to the runtime. Each implementation is loaded during runtime and controlled by configuration available through transaction /SAPCND/UEASS

By the way, the situation we are getting now in all environments (dev included) is that the pricing is zero. No errors, just no pricing and it worked before.
