Hi,

we are getting the following error message:

We are getting this error from Solr Core Record in HMC.

de.hybris.platform.solrfacetsearch.config.exceptions.FacetConfigExportException: Update synonyms failed.404 Not Found

The full index process is not working. We are not sure if this is related to the synonyms?

We have removed all the synonyms from Facet Search Config but the problem still is there.

Anyone has any idea how we can find out more information about the root cause or a possible solution?

Thank you

Hi,

I would say if the full index is not working, it seems you SolrServerConfig is not correct

Is the solrEndPointUrls set ?

Does the indexation just stopped working ? Maybe you can provide more info

Hi Jean-Luc,

thank you for coming back to me. Yes we have the Solr servers up and running and are correctly set in Solr Search Config.

I attach the logs related this problem. The thing is I do not know where to look for the problem. We have removed all the synonyms, but the error still there.

We have 3 Solr Servers, one master and 2 slaves. They are in "TWO PHASE" mode.

Any idea how to look for the root cause?

Thank youlink text

Which version are you using?

From what I see in the log, the problem occurs in

the exportSynonyms function in ManagedSolrSynonymsService class.

But the function is deprecation since 6.2 and throw an exception. Since I am working with a 6.4 I am afraid won't be able to help much.

Hi Jean-Luc,

we are using Solr 5.3.0 and Hybris 5.7.0.16.

I guess you should debug in that function step by step and see what throws the exception.

When the error occurs put a breakpoint in handleException and print the stackTrace, maybe you will have more info.

Sorry I couldn't help more

Hi Gorka,

Did you get the root cause?

Hi Sachin,

yes we fixed it. As far as Ii remember there were some synonyms still in the Database. We removed them and it worked.

Thanks

Thanks Tim,

In our case, some of the synonyms had single quote(') in the value and that was causing issue.

Hi Sachin,

yes we found the solution, as it seemed there was a "redirect keyword" with null value. That was breaking the indexation process.
