Dear all,

I'm trying to update the SAP Customer Checkout Manager folowing an update of the SAP Customer Checkout (2.0 FP09 PL12 to 2.0 FP11 PL03). The browser returns an error HTTP status 404 - not found the origin server did not find a current representation.

I did following:

  • Installing SAPMachine11 and create a new environment variable with the name JAVA_HOME.
  • Updating the SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP11 using the Installation Wizard and it’s working
  • The extract of the ccos.war file has finished and kept the file in B1i installation path. It was working, but I removed and replaced latest version ccos.war (2.0 FP11 PL03). Then I enter the URL <server name>/CCOS the mentioned error « HTTP Status 404 - Not found » is returned by the browser. I also tried to restart the B1i Integration Server but without sucess.

    What can I do?

Thanks and regards

Guillaume

Hi Guillaume,

As Kai mentioned, it is recommended to use a separate Tomcat for the SAP Customer Checkout manager.

Refer to the documentation below for further information.
https://partneredge.sap.com/en/library/assets/products/cust_mng/dgl/00/25/SAP740025.html

This documentation explains how to install and configure the CCO manager using the SAP Machine 11.

Hi again

I just read, that you installed it in the B1i Tomcat. As far as I know, B1i does not work with Java 11. You have to install a new separate tomcat environment for CCO Manager.

Thanks Anderson and Klaus for your return !

I actually needed to use a separate Tomcat for the SAP CCO Manager. With the submitted documentation I installed Tomcat 9.0.45, I copied the SAP Customer Checkout .war file into the webapps subfolder of my Apache Tomcat server, I Start/Restart Apache Tomcat. Unfortunately I have this error message "Status : UNSET" when I proceed with the initial configuration of SAP Customer Checkout manager. I also tried to stop the service SAP Business One Integration Server but without success

What can I do?

Thanks and regards

Guillaume

Hello gsergent

First clear the browser cache. If that does not help, then check the tomcat logs for any errors.
