Update records with Data Workbench without External_Key

Dear Experts,

If I upload records with Data Workbench than I have to set an External_Key in the template file and later on I can refer to this Key if I want to update the record with DW. How can I update records using DW which are created in the system manually?

Hi Mate,

You can update the records in Data Workbench with the C4C Internal IDs or Known IDs from the November 2019 Release of C4C. Refer Link.

Thank your for your answer. But I still need external key and corporate account external key to upsert party role data in account team. How to proceed in this case?

Hi Mate,

You can update using the Parent Object ID as a reference.
