Update or delet Sales Order replicated fro S4 to C4C

Hello experts,

Please i have an issue with sales orders replicated from SAP S4 to SAP C4C, the replication hasn't done correctlly, indeed we wanted to update the Sales Order Owner by using data workbench, but it gives me following error : Saving not possible as the Pricing Status is not Calculated Successfully.

We trried a second option is deleting them from C4C and re replicate them again but we couldn't by using just (Action, delete) SAP recommanded to to delete the orders using this KBA : https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/2435330

But in our case we don't have the ability to touch the S4 side,

please if someone can help with that,

Even I am not sure how exactly it can be done.

Going by your first point "Pricing Status is not Calculated Successfully.", if this can be changed, may be then you can edit the owner.

You can may be raise an Incident to support .

We're facing some other issues with the edeting, so i think that we have to know how to delete them directly b CPI, which is the problem we're having now,

Hello s_chaibisoufiane39 ,

As mentioned in the KBA you can try sending a deletion payload from your middleware (PI or HCI).

It is just that the deletion has to come from source and Middleware can act as a source.

The middleware we are using is the SAP CPI, but i don't know how to do it exactly, I have never done somthing like that, can you please explain more advantages ?
