Update of registered product from C4 Sales Cloud (C4C) to ERP

Hello,

in the master data overview of the scope and methodology documentation (

https://help.sap.com/viewer/97f5b6f7272b4501b99c693e53bd8474/1908/en-US) there are for registered products a bi-directional arrow, but there are only iFlows for the way to C4C. What about the way back, if updates are done in C4C?

SAP Does not provide any standard integration scenario for Registered Product Replication from C4C to ERP; however, you can make use of Communication Scenario "Registered Product and Installation Point Replication to External System" in C4C and build you custom integration logic in middleware and replicate the changed to the ERP system

Hi Sikander,

We can use the existing communication arrangement for the change/creation of Registered products. What do you suggest for an initial load (to transfer warranty details of all existing Registered products into ERP)?
