Update interaction in Marketing Cloud

Hi Expert,

I'm using Marketing Cloud, I imported some interaction with wrong ID_ORIGIN, Is there any way to change ID_ORIGIN of Interaction via API or CSV import.

Hi Hieu Dao,

what do you mean with wrong ID_ORIGIN? Did you assign the interaction to the wrong contact? Or do you mean you used the wrong communication medium? The ID_ORIGIN with the corresponding ID is relevant to assign the interaction to the right interaction contact.

Dear Hieu,

You need to Delete those contacts using Marketing Job.

Use a fresh CSV Import with correct ID_OROGIN and upload.

Hi Kunal,

I think Hieu was referring to interactions and not contacts. It is not possible to update interactions and change an ID_ORIGIN. Please delete the interaction using a marketing job and load it again via CSV or OData.
