Update custom table when user sends email in SAP CRM

Hello Champs,

I am trying to update a custom table based on logic when user sends an email to SAP registered email. I am new to this space and trying if I can automate it anywhere.

To make it precise

* Have to register one email in SAP CRM Box

* When user sends email with a subject "Defaulted Text" in the outlook, and event or service has to triggered on SAP Side and update the custom table.

Is it a possible option and how we can achieve it?

Any help on this highly appreciable.
