Update custom field data in BP/but000 (CRM) while creating customer in ECC

Hi Team,

I have created custom field in BP screen. I want to update the data from ECC to CRM.

I have created customer in ECC, It is getting updated in CRM except custom field data. Can you please help me out how to do. What I need to implement for this.

I want a new query i want to assign a color to my custom skin for business role how to do, can you please suggest me.
