UoM symbol is changed in activity list but UI standard quantity field is still showing old symbol

In activity list, Quantity and Unit of Measure, i have changed the UoM symbol for pound as LB from LBR. Now when i am creating sales quote, in the quantity dropdown it is still showing LBR-Pound, instead for LB. Where is the setting for this field done?

The drop down of UoM selection does not expose the "Symbol". It will show up in the UI if the UoM is selected (after its configuration a new login is required).

Note, with release 1808 we added also UoM Symbol to the output message. If you like to print UoM symbol you need to adapt the quote output form.
