Dear Team,
If I edit any lead and click on save then I am getting warning message that "Please submit for approval". As I have debugged SDK lead BO but I am not having any such type of warning message in SDK.
Could you please guide what is other way to set this type of warning message as it's custom only but apart from SDK where should I check if someone can help me in it. Please find attached screen shot of it.
Thanks and Regards,
MD.

The points mentioned by mjveerhuis are the reason for the warning message , if there is an active Approval process and for the corresponding lead status , if you have enabled the approval option , then system reminds the user to submit it for approval process.
If you don't want to see the message , this can be suppressed from message severity configuration under Leads activity --> Message Severity Configuration
Here message area description : CL_CDA_CUMHD can be suppressed and this will no longer appear.

Hi Madhuri,
Check if an approval process has been set up in Administrator - > Approval processes. Here you can add an validity-end date to any rules that have been set up.
Also check in the scoping questions if any lead related items related to the approval of leads have been switched on by accident: Edit project Scope - questions - Sales - Lead management - Leads
