Unit of Measure (UOM) not synchronized between S4 and Checkout

Hi

I am able to synchronize the article data with pricing. But the UOM is not reflecting in Checkout as I send from S4. In my scenario I push the UOM data as KG but in checkout its reflecting as EA. Please help me on this. Its critical to my project.
