Unable to see customer support perspective in backoffice

I have added ticketsystem, ticketsystembackoffice,customerticketingfacades, customersupportbackoffice, customerticketingaddon extensions to localextension.xml to enable customer support in backoffice but unable to see anything after login with CustomerSupportAgent user which is provided OOB.

Please follow the steps and let me know if you still face any issue:

1. Run ant addoninstall -Daddonnames="customerticketingaddon"-DaddonStorefront.yacceleratorstorefront="the-name-of-your-storefront" command. More information at https://help.sap.com/viewer/9d346683b0084da2938be8a285c0c27a/1905/en-US/8acdf308866910149903c5cabe7e...
2. Run ant updatesystem command.
3. Reset backoffice configurations as mentioned at https://help.sap.com/viewer/5c9ea0c629214e42b727bf08800d8dfa/1905/en-US/8c3dfc2486691014b115a842456a.... During development, it is also helpful to enable Dev Toolbar (https://help.sap.com/viewer/5c9ea0c629214e42b727bf08800d8dfa/1905/en-US/8b48115b86691014991ad2131153...) so that you can reset the things from the Toolbar at the top of backoffice.
