Unable to replicate Business partners real time from S/4 to C4C

Hi Experts,

We have integrated C4C with S/4 On premise and replicating Business partners via PO. We are able to replicate manually business partners from S/4 to C4C, However real time replication is not happening. From our analysis we see that there are 2 switches of MDG preventing DRF replication on BP change.

1. Switch name : MDG_BS_BP_SWITCH_01 ( Business function : MDG_ERP_CUSTOMER_1) , Current switch status : ON
2. Switch name : MDG_BS_BP_SWITCH_04 ( Business Function : MDG_BUPA_1) , Current Switch Status : ON .

These Switches are checked in the DRF function module too, Where the Switch ON status of the switch is preventing the real time replication of BP to C4C .

Since MDG is also part of our landscape we aren't sure on how to fix this issue. Could any of the experts help here.

Also the status of Switch / business function shows non reversible in SFW5. As per our MDG exeperts they are not ready in switching this off. So we need to know how we can have the real time replication work without switching this off.

We had raised on OSS message to SAP and they had suggested us to implement Note:2564071, But we found this note cannot be implemented in our system.

Any help on this issue would be of great help.

We received another response from SAP today stating to implement SAP Note : 2492607. Hopefully that works.
