Hi Experts,
We are unable to replicate the attachments that are attached to an service ticket from C4 to S4.
Required service ( Replicate Service Ticket Attachment to SAP Business Suite ) is enabled in Communication arrangements and ping test is successful. However no messages are getting triggered.
Anyone came across this please share some insights.
