Unable to preview the message as the sender profile has been deleted

Hi Experts,

We had upgraded the Hybris Marketing System to 1709 SP01 . Post upgrade we can configured the AMAZON SES . When i am trying to use the campaign and adding the Email template i am getting to errors.

1.Data could not be read from provider configuration "Glob".

2.Unable to preview the message as the sender profile has been deleted

I could see the sender profile is properly activated .There is no provider configuration as "Glob".

You meant that note cannot be implemented?

Could you please go to System >> Status >> Details and check SAP_CUAN version? Is it SAPK-13001INSAPCUAN?

Yes the CUAN version is SAPK-13001INSAPCUAN.

Hi Kunal,

I found the issue.It was in the email template .In the email template old sender profile was there and i was trying to use that template. I checked created a new one and now its working properly.
