Unable to play Ticket Attachment Video File

Hello,

I am an engineer from Ujet who is developing SAP CRM plug in for chat widget. I am having an issue where the video file is not playing on chat widget that is on chrome browser by using the attachment link with url such as

"https://my358014.crm.ondemand.com/sap/c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi/ServiceRequestCollection('1221407474F31EDD8BDAE634511B9C58')/ServiceRequestAttachmentFolder('1221407474F31EDD8BDAF09242937D5D')/Binary/$value".  

I am having a Decoding Failed issue.
