Unable to login in smartedit (hybris 1808)

Hi Experts,

I am unable to login in smart edit as admin user.

While smart edit login page load , I am getting this error in console:

Hi - Probably your browser is trying to reuse some previous JSESSIONID cookie. Please try accessing it in an incognito window. If it works, clean the cookie in your browser and try again. You can also press F12 and open the network tab of your debugger to debug it further.

Hi Arvind, Thanks for your response.

Unfortunately, it didn't worked.

I tried incognito mode and clearing cookie earlier itself. But, no luck with that.

I tried debugging in browser also. In xhr, configuration gives me error 401 on login page load. URL: https://localhost:9002/smartedit/configuration

I have configured oauth as well for smartedit as comes with OOTB.

Any other issue you might see here?

Can you start Hybris in debug mode? Just type something like that in terminal

cd $HYBRIS_HOME_DIR/hybris/bin/platform; ./hybrisserver.sh debug

Can you show me what terminal is printing out when you're trying to log in?

I did .

But nothing in logs as well. Whenever I enter username and password, the screen froze .That's all.

In browser, after debugging I can see token is failing . That is the only clue i have.

Token is failing with admin as well as with any other username /password combination.

Are you able to resolve the issue.

we are getting similar issue on 1808 on commerce cloud, while doing login in smartedit we are getting repose as 500 for https://xxx.xx.xxx/authorizationserver/oauth/token.

In our local smartedit is working fine. Nothing appearing for us also in logs.

Hi Siddharth,

Create a employee and associate cmsmanager group to the user. Then he will be able to access the smartedit.
