Unable to filter tickets based on creation time in report

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement of report where we want to see the list of tickets which are created out of office hours.

Ex: India team works from morning 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, So higher level management wants to see the list of ticket which are created after 6:31 Pm till next day 9:29 AM.

We have tried to put the ticket creation date time in the selection of the report but we cannot see any data in the selection of this field, but actually we wanted to filter tickets based on creation time.

we are searching for a data source or report which gives this data but we could find a data source or report which gives the data,

Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi,

Pls check the standard data source "Ticket". It contains field "Created On Date Time" which can help you to get this information. Alternatively, you can also use combination of "Created On" and "Creation Time" in the same data source for more felible report.
