Hello Experts,
I am provisioning a new Marketing Cloud test tenant. In the Communication systems i couldn't see the default System ID - EMAIL and System Name - SAP Digital Interconnect - TEST ACCOUNT.
I also couldn't see the communication user associated to this communication system. I something recently changed with the process?
With whom i can raise this issue?
I have created a communication user/system and assign it to the Communication arrangement SAP_COM_0040.
Test Connection was successful with any random username and password. With my previous client, i remember that the Sender profile was available but in Incomplete status. There was also the Sender Address and Sender Name already maintained within it.
With my new tenant for another client if i try to add any email address in the sender address, system is throwing an unauthorised error

Kindly assist SAP. Should i raise a ticket with SAP?

Due to some issues in SAP DI, we had this issue, which was fixed already!
We internally fixed it and you must be able to maintain the sender profile.
If yes, please close the thread.
