Unable to download media in Hybris 6.2

I have the Hybris version 6.2 and have the problem that i can't download medias anymore. When i click the download element in the hmc i get a preview of the media in a new tab but don't get a downloaded media. Before upgrading on hybris 6.2 this worked perfectly, but with this new version, no media can be downloaded.

Has anyone already had this problem or know how to fix ?

Dear Stefano,

I reproduced this issue on my ootb and I couldn't download media by button too. However, I tested your issue on hybris 6.0.29 and this solved issue. I recommended upgrading your hybris platform to the latest version of the patch 6.0.29.

Thank you for your answer. But updating to 6.0.29 would rather be a downgrad than a upgrade, because 6.2 is a newer version than 6.0.29, istn't it?
