I am unable to download the ESR content XI CONTENT C4CS4_IC 100. As this required for S4 to C4C integration via PO. Kindly suggest.

What do you mean by unable to download? Do you not see these files? I've quickly checked and this content is available. Try to search with the word C4CS4IC100.
