Hello folks,
We have maintained values in Item Processing Codes in the Ticket fine tuning activity in C4C. In addition to the already existing standard values, we have maintained Z values as well.
However currently the system is not allowing us to delete any of the values maintained ? (the delete button is greyed out).
Is this due to already existing Work Tickets having these Item Processing Codes used in them? Or are we missing some other configuration.

Hello Nikhil,
You are correct. If there are any transaction documents created already with the Item processing codes, the deletion of the corresponding code in the Fine tuning will be grayed out. This is same for any other fine tuning configuration.
