Hello Experts,
I am unable to create a follow up ticket from a Survey. My scenario is -
1. I create a ticket in C4C and with the Activity planner rules, the activity and the survey is attached automatically.
2. I have configure the survey and in that i have attached the follow-up actions as Task and Ticket. All the config are in place as per SAP documentation.
3. Now when I open the ticket, I navigate to the survey and completes the survey so that the precondition is fulfilled for follow-up action.
Results - task is created and i can see in the docment flow of the ticket, but the followup ticket is not created.
Any idea if this scenario will work or it is a limitation?
