Greetings!
I am unable to create Individual customer and lead record in our C4C Sandbox account due to below error message.
"An error occurred; please try again. If the problem persists, report an incident."
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Login into C4C Sandbox account.
2. Navigate to Customers >> Individual customer >> Click on '+' symbol.
3. Below error message pops up.
"An error occurred; please try again. If the problem persists, report an incident."
Could you please let me know the root cause of the issue? Is any changes needs to done under 'Business Configuration'.

Hi Muheed,
If you are working in a new tenant, you should indeed check the business configuration and the scoping questions first and i presume you have an employee - user and business role set up correctly. But if that is all done, then register an incident if you still face this issue.
