Unable to change or create sales orders

Our company is using SAP Business One 2004A (6.70.193)

Today after 11:40am the company lost the ability to create new sales orders and update any existing sales orders within SAP.

A symptom of this issue that we noticed is some of the field names have changed for the sales order window with what appear to be sales order numbers (see highlighted below)

Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?
