Unable to cancel return delivery

Hi, we have an issue with one return delivery order which we cannot cancel via VL09 tcode. When we try to cancel it, we are getting an error that there is no sufficient stock either in QA or in unrestricted use - when we check in MB52 there are sufficient quintites.
