Unable to add extension field in Case Header new section

Hello Experts,

Need your help on adding the extension field in Case header screen where we have added new section.

Below Extension field is created for Case

But while adding this field in Case header screen new section no option available to add extension field

Please advice if we have missed any steps?

Hi Ketan.

If I understand correctly, you have created a new KUT field in ticket header. You also created a new section through adaptation. Now you want to move that field from main header to the new section. Is that right?
