Unable to add a dashboard to any business role

Hi Experts,

We are trying to assign a custom created dashboard to a business role in our system.

But under edit business role -> Dashboards -> assigned dashboard section -> Add row

We are unable to see any dashboards under the OVS that is present on the name field of the dashboard.

Is there some config that needs to be maintained to get the dashboards to show up in OVS?

Hello Akash,

You need to assign the "Work Center View" first then the "Business Roles" will be available for that Work center.
