Unable to access elements within a Sub-node

Hai,

I am new to Cloud application studio. I am trying to learn myself with the help of manual.

I have created a Business object with elements within a sub node. Created an Event "After modify" within the sub-node and when i use syntax "this.<element name>" i get error message "Identifier <element name > does not exists". I could see from Data model view my sub-node and elements below it. I tried using code completion "Ctrl + J" and it propose only one element out of 5 below my sub-node. What could be the reason?

Please help.

Regards

Premkumar

Hello Premkumar,

It is because your absl file is mass-enabled.

Delete it and re-create with un-check the mass enable checkbox.

Then you can use <this> syntax.

May

Dear Prem,

You can also refer the below blog for more information on Mass enable event. From From 1705 release, all the script files are mass enabled by default to enhance system performance.
