UBB Contract in C4C

Hello Team

Business Requirement in SAP C4C:-

We have copiers/Xerox Machines which are given on lease basis to our customers. For this scenario, we have created UBB contracts, based on the numbers of copies used we enter the readings on counters and usage get updated on the contracts and we bill the customer accordingly.

This scenario is done in SAP CRM on-premise now we are planning to move this to Service Contract to C4H and ECC.

Any suggestion how this can be achieved in C4C.

Hi Sumedh,
We are in the process of setting up this scenario in SAP CRM on Premise. However, we can not find any Best Practise how to set up UBB contracts (counters and readings). Can you help us with how to implement this scenario in SAP CRM on Premise?
