If you are using hybris version less than 6.7 you just need to have them as stackable false.

If you are using 6.7 then you need to add them to the rule group which is exclusive

I m newly to promotions. rule group means in conditions part.Could you elaborate?

You have to distinguish the grouping of conditions inside a rule from the grouping of rules into RuleGroups. The latter is meant here.
