Hello Together,
we have integrated Twitter with yM Cloud (1805 Version) via SAP Cloud Platform Integration (Integration flow has version 2.0.4). The search keyword is in our demosystem in SAP CPI is "@ruv*de":

Anyway we are receiving also tweets where the search keyword is not mentioned at all like this one (@ruvtihrottir):

Is there any way to block entries which are not referring to the exact phrasing of this keyword?

do you still have this issue? When enabling the trace on CPI, the payload trace can give you more information why this tweet if fetched from Twitter. Maybe there is a mention in the twitter data data is not mapped to SAP Marketing.
What you could to is having an additional condition in the mapping (or somewhere elso in the iflow) to filter out those entries.
