Turn of pop up in objects by mousover of a jump link

Is it possible to turn off the pop up in all objects by mouseover of a jump link?

e.g.: in a lead, if you mouseover the name of the lead, a pop up opens to the right of it

From the company settings , please select Disable Quick View option and this should solve the problem
