Trigger group based campaign not replicating to Sales

Hello Team.,

We are using SAP Marketing 2020 on prem version. We want to replicate campaigns to C4C Sales using

CampaignReplicationNotification_Out interface. We tested with target group based campaigns and it is replicating successfully, but not with trigger based campaigns. Is there a reason why this is the case? I also tried using the report CUAN_LM_TRANSFER_CAMPAIGNS, but same issue - target group based campaigns got replicated but not trigger based campaigns.

It's critical that trigger based campaigns get replicated as it is needed for reporting purposes in Sales.

Please have an urgent look.

Hi Pushpak,

I know in Marketing Cloud you could implement this via Custom Logic using the BAdI CUAN_LM_CAMPAIGN_REPLICATION (Filter for Campaigns to Be Replicated to SAP Sales and Service solutions).

I don't have an on-prem system at hand, but think this should be possible in 2020 on prem version, too.

Hello Tobias,

It was something I never observed that trigger based campaigns are excluded by the default implementation of the BADI CUAN_LM_CAMPAIGN_REPLICATION. Thanks for pointing out the trick.
