I have created a trigger campaign for Checkout successful. Now I only want to write to all contacts who have made a purchase of a certain product.
Therefore, I have built a filter condition into the trigger. This Live Target Group filters all contacts with the Sales Order Product XY. The interaction in the data record shows that the sales order was placed first and then the checkout was successful.
When I start the campaign, nothing happens. No action is displayed in the view logs.
If I start the campaign with Checkout Successfull without a filter, everything is executed successfully.
Can anyone give me a hint as to why my campaign is not working?
Thanks for help!

Hi Lisa,
did you already check the application log and see what's happening? Did you use the "All Interactions" segmentation profile to build your live target group?
Pretty difficult to analyze, but I would start at the application logs. There you should find entries with the Subcategory description "Marketing Orchestration Runtime". Open the entry with a timestamp short after your interaction and check if the campaign even reacts on the trigger or if it is filtered out by any reason or something like that. Maybe that could give you a first hint what's going wrong.
Should look something like that:

Hi Tobias Schneider,
As I am currenlty working with filter condition I was wondering if you could tell me how to change a condition that is already in place.
I don't find where I can replace my live TG with another one.
Thank you for your answer,
Kind regards,
Stéphanie

Hello Stéphanie,
as far as I know, you can't replace a target group in an activated campaign. I have always copied the campaign, replaced the target group and restarted the campaign. Don't forget to stop the old campaign after activating the new one.
I hope this helps you.
Best regards,
Lisa
