Hello Experts,

I want to add the wait time in hours, for executing the abandoned cart campaign. I couldn't find the way in the campaign automation to add the wait time before sending an email to the contacts. Will this be possible to add the wait time before sending an email?

I have similar requirement. To my knowledge it's not possible in standard. We have to delay import of trigger interaction and control this delay outside of SAP Marketing.

As of now, you can only schedule your campaigns for Days, Hourly scheduling is not possible as of now.

Please submit your idea of improvement to SAP Marketing Cloud so that your idea could be evaluated there.

Hi,

You can generate a delay in Sending of email via Email Scheduling option, once yous select the email template of you choice and assign it to Campaign.

However currently delay in only possible in Days cannot be customized to Hours or Minutes or any other unit.
