​ Travel accelerator in Hybris 6.7 version.

Hi experts,

I am using Travel accelerator 6.7 Hybris and On searching flight data on the server, I get 504 Gateway Timeout issue.

No 3rd party data is used. We are fetching results from out of the box data. Every time on searching round trip flight data, we get 504 error on the server. Works completely fine in local dev. On server, there is no issue with one way data, only while searching for round trip we get 504 error. Can someone suggest a solution to this?

Have you checked the log files? What error messages / stacktraces do you see?

Nothing appears in the log. Sometime it works fine for round trip but maximum time there is 504 error on searching for the round trip. there is no exceptions or errors on console.

Are you on AWS? I'm thinking the ELB might have timed out (assuming you are using ELB), before Hybris was able to send the response.

No we are not using AWS, we are having simple linux server . We are having 1 node and 1 web server configured for it, where Hybris Instance is working.

Currently SOLR request is reaching solr and response is also coming but seems like as there around 11 handlers the response gets lost there or some kind of timeout happens beofre reaching the frontend but not sure what.

note:

We also tried increasing default session timeout interval but still not worked.
