I would like to inquire where can I get the data models diagram of travel accelerator.

You will not be able to find the Data Model Diagram of Travel Accelerator anywhere in wiki.hybris.com or help.hybris.com. The best place you should try exploring is the items.xml in the respective folders after installing Travel Accelerator. Additionally, you can try to generate the UML representation using Hybris UML Tool (please refer https://help.hybris.com/1808/hcd/8bec8fdf866910148af08dea5c658e6f.html).
