Translate the name of Products

Hello,

I have products in C4C only in portuguese, but now I want to translate to english and spanish.

I followed in Data Workbench but don't exist "Product Administration".

Can you help me to translate in massa?

Dear Andre,

You can use the Product Object in the data workbench.

The template named " Product_Other_Languages.csv " can be used for your case.

I used these template and it worked. But the problem is that I want to translate from portuguese to spanish and english.

When I put the other languages don't work. Is it normal? Will it be the maximum capacity of 2 languages?

Hello Andre,

If these languages are allowed in UI, it should be available for addition in Data workbench as well.

Check if other languages are available for addition in Product =>Other languages tab

If they are not available , Check if these languages are checked in the Fine tuning activity "Additional Communication Languages"

Dear Arun,

I saw what you said and other languages are available for addition in Product =>Other languages tab and these languages are checked in the Fine tuning activity "Additional Communication Languages".

But I tried again and the error maintain.

Do you have a solution? It's strange to only translate either into Spanish or into English.
