I am interested if it is possible to transfer/export leads automatically from Emarsys to a third kind system for future usage and if it is possible, how to do it?
natia-margvelashvili, as you can see, there are many options for exporting individual contacts as part of an automated lifecycle program, and for exporting entire contacts lists. If you have any more details (such as exporting to which third-party platform, and what the trigger for such an export would be), please add them here and we can try to provide more detailed answers.
You can create webhook setups to use in your Automation programs with the Webhook node. This node allows you to establish communication between Emarsys and other customer experience solutions.By using webhooks, you can send data to your external system or application when a contact arrives at the Webhook node within an Interactions or Automation Center journey.
