Transfer TG to C4C from SAP Marketing on Prem

Hello Experts,

Is there a way we can transfer the TG details- Customer details to C4C using Campaign?

I need to transfer the customers to C4C from marketing for some business process.

When we release the campaign, only the campaign header is passed to C4C. Can it be possible to transfer TG as well during campaign release ?

Hi mayank.agarwal2 ,

As far as I know, Target Group replication is not part of standard integration between SAP Marketing and SAP Cloud for Customer.

The best possible workaround in standard integration scope would be to send your customers to SAP C4C as leads (Campaign action: Lead)

However, if you're really concerned about Target Group details, you can develop a custom action that calls SAP C4C OData services for target group replication.

Hi Hakan,

This is exactly what we have finalized in our design.:)

With my analysis i found that there is no standard integration, but i can call the Odata service to transfer the TG details to C4C.
