Tracking Social Media Interactions in Marketing cloud

Is it possible to track when a Marketing Cloud contact interacts with company social media accounts?

Hi mgrizzard,

In standard SMC, it's not possible to track the interactions of users from the Brand's Social Media accounts!

Though, you can push the ad's to social media, please refer to the documentation on Mobile, Social, and Digital Channel

I understand that it is not part of the out of the box functionality, but are there any 3rd party integrations that can be used to track social media interactions.

Hi mgrizzard,

No such 3rd party integration is available yet. If you have an Interaction data file, you can definitely upload it, but direct integration isn't available!
