Tracking/Reporting Custom status field's change history (Valid from & Valid To)

Hi Experts,

Good day!

I need your insights on a C4C related topic.

Is it possible to track the change history of a Custom status field(KUT/PDI) such as the Valid From & Valid To data on Lead/Account Object?. We need this for reporting purpose.

FYI, there are standard functionality where the change history of Status or Qualification will be tracked in a "Lead History" data source. Attached screenshot for your reference and trying to achieve the save for a custom status field.
