We have multiple email workflow rules to send emails from C4C Service Tickets to customers and our customers have non-verified email addresses. Administrators receive workflow rule failures when the email failed to send due to a bad email address but we would like general users to be able to find failed emails without needing to open workflow logs. Does anybody know of any way to report on failed emails maybe by reporting email workflow rule failures from analytics? Looking at the activities work centre, it is possible for a user to see all emails sent but no indication of failures at the receiver.

AFAIK, As of today, there is no mechanism through which you can report on failed rules. However, SAP does provide a workflow setting that can be enabled to notify the end/business user as soon as a rule is marked with "Failed" status.
